Booking & Pricing

How much does it cost to rent Club YOU?
Our standard rental rate is $100 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. Additional hours may be added based on availability.

How do I book Club YOU?
Select your desired rental date and time through our online booking system. Your reservation by is confirmed once the required rental payment has been completed.

What is the maximum capacity?
Club YOU can accommodate up to 100 guests.

Is a security deposit required?
Yes. A $250 refundable security deposit is required and is due 5 days before your event. The deposit may be used toward damages or violations of the rental agreement.

Can I add more time after I book?
Yes. Additional rental hours can be purchased if the time is still available.

Setup & Decorations

Do I get extra time to decorate before my event?
No. Setup and breakdown must take place during your reserved rental time. If you need additional time for decorating, vendor setup, or cleanup, we recommend purchasing additional rental hours.

Can I decorate the venue?
Yes! You’re welcome to personalize Club YOU for your celebration. Decorations may not be attached to the walls, furniture, fixtures, or equipment and must not cause any damage to the venue.

Are tables and chairs included?
Yes. Club YOU is furnished with tables and chairs that can be arranged to fit your event.

Can I bring my own vendors?
Yes. You may bring outside vendors for decorating, catering, entertainment, and other event services, subject to Club YOU’s rental policies.

Food, Drinks & Alcohol

Can I bring my own food or caterer?
Yes. Outside food and catering are permitted.

Can alcohol be served at my event?
Yes, but events serving alcohol must comply with Virginia ABC requirements. When an ABC license is required, it must be obtained and displayed behind the bar during the event.

Can guests go behind the bar?
No. Only the bartender and the person who signed the rental agreement are permitted behind the bar.

Music & Entertainment

Can I play my own music?
Yes. Club YOU has an entertainment setup that allows you to enjoy music during your event.

Can I hire a DJ?
Absolutely. You may hire a DJ for your event. Ask us about our Club YOU House DJ if you’d like a DJ recommendation.

Does Club YOU have party lighting?
Yes. Club YOU features nightclub-style lighting to help create the perfect atmosphere for your event.

Event Rules

Can I charge admission or sell tickets to my private party?
No. Unless you have an approved promoter agreement with Club YOU, ticket sales and admission fees are not permitted. Violating this policy may result in the event being shut down without a refund.

Are teen parties allowed?
Yes. Teen events are welcome. Events with more than 20 teens require security.

Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not permitted inside Club YOU. A designated outdoor smoking area is available.

Tours & Open House

Can I see Club YOU before booking?
Yes! We encourage prospective clients to visit during our Thursday Open House, typically from 5:30 PM–7:00 PM.

Do I need an appointment for Open House?
We recommend contacting Club YOU before visiting to confirm that week’s Open House schedule, as private events or other circumstances may occasionally affect availability.

After Your Event

Do I have to clean after my event?
Guests are expected to leave the venue in acceptable condition and follow the cleanup requirements outlined in the rental agreement.

When will I receive my security deposit back?
The security deposit is refundable after the venue has been inspected and there are no damages, outstanding charges, or rental agreement violations.
